Fees

​Basic Supervision:  £665
Extra Days: £200.00 per day.

A deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 90 days before the event. 

The basic fee covers up to 2 days of supervision (a day of preparation and the day of the event). This covers most supervisions we do. If extra time is required (which would be the case if it is a large function or particularly complicated) then extra days are charged at the daily rate.


There are extra charges for events outside of the Greater Northwest London area. Please enquire for details. 

Dish Hire:

The cost of dish hire depends of the quantity of dishes required, which depends on how many courses are being served, the style of catering etc. This works out typically around £3 per person – but there is a great deal of variation. 


Normally your caterer would be hiring dishes from some supplier whether it was a supervised event or not, so you would usually have this additional expense whether your event is being supervised or not. You can see the exact charges on the order form on our dish hire page.
